First batch of marinara this year
From the garden:
tomato, chive, oregano, basil, parsley
Add 5 cloves garlic, red onion, kosher salt
Tomato grated to remove skin
BUBBLY GOOD
CLEAN UP
Used marinara for pizza, one pepperoni and one bacon and peppers. I cook the bacon first then throw the peppers in the bacon grease to soften, add a teaspoon of sugar to slightly sweeten.
Saved some marinara and used in a breakfast omelette.
